Who we are

Astro Bodyshop is an online fitness coaching practice run by Ayo Balogun, based in Lagos, Nigeria, serving clients worldwide through astrobodyshop.fit. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect

Your email address, if you join our mailing list. That's the only thing the sign-up form asks for.
Payment and billing details, collected and processed entirely by Stripe or Paystack on their own secure checkout pages. Your card details never pass through or get stored on this website.
Whatever you share on WhatsApp, if you message us to book a session, ask a question, or arrange payment.
A currency preference (Naira or US Dollars) saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers your choice on your next visit. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated before any such tool goes live.

How we use it

To deliver the programme, plan, or session you purchased
To reply to you and arrange scheduling
To send occasional training tips, new programme announcements, and offers — only if you asked to receive them

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, for any reason.

Who else handles your data

A small number of services help run this business, each handling only what they need to:

Stripe and Paystack — payment processing
Formspree — delivers mailing-list sign-ups to our inbox
WhatsApp (Meta) — client messaging and scheduling
Google Drive — hosts the programme and ebook files you download after purchase
GitHub Pages — hosts this website
Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option, and you can also just reply and ask to be removed. To make any of these requests, message us on WhatsApp or email balogunt70@gmail.com.

Keeping it safe

This site is served over HTTPS, and payments run through PCI-compliant providers. No online service can promise perfect security, but we keep the information we hold to the minimum needed to serve you.

Children

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
