A 20-minute virtual consultation for ₦10,000 ($8). We cover where you are, where you want to be, and map out the right plan to get there.
Step II
We build your full program — training schedule, nutrition framework, and mobility protocol — designed around your body and your life.
Step III
Weekly check-ins, real-time adjustments, and direct access to your coach. You stay on track. We handle everything else.

Yes. Ayo is based in Lagos (WAT) and works with clients worldwide — sessions are scheduled around your timezone.
