Astro Bodyshop provides fitness coaching and training information. It is not medical advice. Before starting any programme here, consult a doctor — especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or managing a heart condition, joint condition, or any other medical issue.

You train at your own risk. By purchasing, you confirm you are physically able to undertake exercise and accept responsibility for your own safety. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or distress during any session or workout.

What we sell

Programmes and ebooks — digital files delivered by download link immediately after payment
Consultations, coaching, and mobility sessions — live one-to-one video calls, scheduled with you directly

Payment

Prices are shown in Naira and US Dollars. Naira payments are processed by Paystack, card payments in Dollars by Stripe. Both are independent, PCI-compliant processors; we never see or store your card details. Where a payment option is not yet available for a product, we'll arrange it with you directly on WhatsApp.

Monthly coaching and subscription tiers renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time before your next billing date, and you'll keep access through the period you've already paid for.

Digital products — refunds

Programmes, ebooks, and nutrition plans are delivered instantly and in full at the moment of purchase. Because the entire product is in your hands the second you pay, these sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been accessed.

If a download link fails, the wrong file is delivered, or you are charged twice, contact us and we will fix it or refund you in full. We stand behind the delivery, always.

Sessions and coaching — rescheduling and refunds

Rescheduling — let us know at least 24 hours before your session and we'll move it at no cost
Late cancellation or no-show — sessions cancelled with under 24 hours' notice, or missed entirely, are counted as used
Mobility sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance
Unused coaching sessions within a paid month do not roll over to the next month
If we need to cancel or reschedule, you'll always be offered another slot or a full refund for that session

What we ask of you

Programmes are written for the person who bought them. Please don't share, resell, republish, or distribute the files. They remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you for your own personal use.

Coaching works both ways: the results you get depend on the effort you put in, how honestly you report your progress, and how consistently you follow the plan.

No guarantee of specific results

Fitness outcomes depend on genetics, consistency, nutrition, sleep, stress, starting point, and plenty of things outside anyone's control. We bring real expertise and a plan built for you — we cannot promise a specific weight, physique, or timeline, and anyone who does is selling you something.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astro Bodyshop is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from use of our programmes, plans, or services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page with its date at the top. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published at the time you bought.
